Workers are available on short notice (i.e. the same day); however, we strongly recommend arranging for workers the previous day to ensure high quality. For trades people, we suggest 1 - 2 days notice or longer if possible.

TLC looks after all costs for an hourly rate except applicable taxes.
This includes:

• advertising
• recruiting
• wages
• holiday pay
• employment taxes
• workers compensation premiums

A simple weekly or daily time sheet accompanies our workers that you simply sign at the end of the shift or week. Invoices are sent weekly with several different payment terms available for you.
